Cancellation Fee: If you no longer wish to pay for an item that you've won, you have the option of cancelling the item. A cancellation fee will be added to your account for each item that you cancel.

Relisting Fee: After you've won an item, you'll have seven days to pick up that item. After seven days, the item will be removed from your account and relisted for auction, and a fee will be added to your account.

Restocking Fee: If you miss a scheduled pick-up appointment, a restocking fee will be added to your account.

Cancellation Fee: Only bid on items that you intend to pay for. Once you've won an item, schedule an appointment, and pick it up. If you subsequently discover an issue with the item, you can return it no questions asked, with no fee.

Relisting Fee: Schedule an appointment to pick up the items that you've won, within seven days.

Restocking Fee: Avoid missing appointments. If your plans change, please cancel your appointment online or contact customer support to reschedule. If your order has not been prepared for pickup, you can cancel or make changes to your appointment without incurring a restocking fee.

Cancellation Fee: 5% of the item's sale price, per cancelled item.

Relisting Fee: 5% of the item's sale price, per expired item.

Restocking Fee: $1 per item that was scheduled on a missed appointment.

Fees must be paid within seven days of when they were issued.

You will be unable to bid on items until your fees are paid.
